Question 1

How do credits work?

Accepted Answer

Credits are what Brandwise uses each time its AI does work for you. Moderating a comment, labeling a comment or message, and writing an AI reply each use 1 credit. Obie and agent access use credits based on the task. Nothing uses credits unless you turn on the features that need them.

Question 2

What happens if I run out of credits?

Accepted Answer

We email you when you've used 50%, 75%, 90%, and 100% of your monthly credits. At zero, AI work like moderation and auto-replies pauses until you have credits again. New comments and messages still arrive in your inbox, and you can always reply yourself. To keep things running, buy a credit pack or upgrade your plan anytime.

Question 3

Do unused credits roll over?

Accepted Answer

No. Your balance resets to your plan's monthly amount at the start of each billing month, and unused credits don't carry over. Annual plans refill every month too.

Question 4

Can I buy more credits without changing my plan?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Credit packs start at 2,500 credits for $70 and are added to your balance right away. You can also turn on auto top-up to buy a pack automatically when you reach 80%, 90%, or 95% of your monthly credits. Pack credits reset with your monthly credits.

Question 5

Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes, from your billing settings. Upgrades take effect right away: you're billed for the new plan and the extra credits are added immediately. Downgrades start at the end of your current billing period.

Question 6

Do you charge per team member?

Accepted Answer

No. Every plan includes unlimited team members at no extra cost, so your support, social, and marketing teams can all work in Brandwise. Plans only differ in how many credits you get.

Question 7

How many pages can I connect?

Accepted Answer

Unlimited, on every plan. Connect as many Facebook pages, Instagram accounts, and TikTok accounts as you need. Your plan is based on credits, not on how many pages you connect.

Question 8

What's included in the free trial?

Accepted Answer

Every feature, for 7 days, on the plan you pick. You add a card when you start, and you won't be charged until the trial ends. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.

Question 9

How does annual billing work?

Accepted Answer

Paying yearly costs the same as 10 months, so you get 2 months free. Your credits still refill every month.

Question 10

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Cancel from your billing settings and your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.

Question 11

What if I need more than 30,000 credits a month?

Accepted Answer

Enterprise plans start at 32,000 credits a month, with volume pricing, dedicated support, and custom terms. Contact us and we'll build a plan around your volume.
